Pricing Structure

As a small company, we understand the importance of finalizing jobs on time and within budget. All of our project pricing is based on a $100/hr. rate, and the total cost will vary with the amount of time, labor and materials involved.

Frequently Asked Questions

What, exactly, will I get for my money?

You get every file associated with your project. Our policy is transparent: you paid for it, you own it.

Why do you require a 50% advance payment?

Because a customer who has invested some money remains more focused on the project's progress.

Who will update/maintain the site?

Our Content Management System makes it very simple for you or your staff to maintain your site's content. But we do have affordable monthly maintenance plans available, if you're interested.

Do we really need to sign a contract?

Yes. It is the only protection either party has.

Do you charge exclusively by the hour?

We prefer to charge by the hour, but will happily accept a flat-fee arrangement.

I got a much lower estimate from another firm. Can you match it?

We can't. Our estimates are as accurate and fair as possible, and - not being familiar with the details of the competition's offer - we cannot begin to compare our estimates with theirs, let alone match prices.

Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely not. Every detail is discussed in advance; no surprises from us. Since we don't advertise or solicit business, a happy client is our best and only salesperson.

Can you work on my WordPress site?

No. The cost of sorting out other firm's code is too high - you're probably better off creating your site from scratch.

Will you submit my site to search engines?

No. We prefer not to deal with this aspect of web development, as results can't be guaranteed.

Who's the scary-looking dude in the picture?

That's "Bonecrusher Nick", Xbox Artist and head of our Billing Department's Covert Operations Unit (COU).

My question isn't here. What should I do?
